OBJECTIVE: My experience in working with REO properties and working together with the REO Departments and Asset Manager have allow me to achieve my goals i listing, selling, and marketing of REO properties in the Metro Phoenix Area, including the following cities. Tempe, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix, Maricopa, Casa Grande, and Scottsdale.
QUALIFICATIONS: I am currently working with an agent that is marketing REO homes for Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Skyhill REO and have been approved as a REO representive for REO Trans. I have sold Fannie Mae, RTC (Resolution Trust Corp.) HUD and VA. I have prepared many BPO's, Damage Reports, Evictions, Personal Property Handling, Asset Manager Communications, Bidding for Repairs, Property Management and Cash for Keys Negotiations. I am very experienced in working with REO properties.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 10 years as a top producing Realtor with both Relocation and REO experience, full time administrative assistants, 1 full time runner and have worked with all vendors for rehab repairs.
